Grand Canyon Waterfall

This one is from many years ago on a hike with friends to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. This was taken near the bottom, close to (I think), the Hans trail. Canon film camera, 50 1.4 lens. Not sure if this is Kodachrome or Ektachrome. Any and all comments are greatly appreciated.

Nice details and warm color. You might consider pulling a little blue from the whites. Also, both versions look a tad soft, but that could be from the scan and compression. I do like the layered rock. You could also crop out the brush at the top for a more stark look, but this is fine as is.

Hi Jim,

There's a little blue in the whites, but its not a deal breaker. The layered rock is pretty cool and I like the composition.........................Jim

Good day Jim,

The image works compositionally, and the layers of rock are nice. I like the view overall, and the bushes up top work, but I would experiment how you feel with them cropped out of the image.

Thanks for sharing
