An enjoyable part of international travel was running into interesting people in almost any possible place. This girl was sitting on a bench with a friend outside what passes for a "mall" near the government headquarters. Beautiful and friendly she let me take several photos of her. Asian, Russian, on the edge of the Mountains towering to heights right behind town.

Beautiful girl. Your portrait does her proud. My first impression concerns the background. I get the feeling that her head is hitting the ceiling and she is bending over a little to avoid that. Odd?

She is sitting on a metal bench and I was shooting a little from the side and above. That at the time I could limp along a bit in Russian was a good ice breaker. Thanks for the comments!
