Could not help but imagine the cardinal showing off its' red feathers to the house finch with its fewer red feathers.

Taken at the Sugar Grove Nature Center in central Ill.

I expect that they're "discussing" who's turn it is at the feeder (that must be near by). The larger version lets the cardinal separate from the oof twigs behind nicely and his feather sure do glow.

Great job get'n both the Cardinal and the Finch together and on pretty much the same focal plane. It does appear that there is a conversation going on between the two. I love the Title,
