Another one from our recent trip to SW British Columbia.
We had just finished photographing a Short Eared Owl when I spotted some swans flying by. The camera my brother had been using was set up on a tripod and he was no longer using it (mine was not on a tripod so I wouldn't have been able to set it up in time and get the shot) so I sprinted over and quickly framed up the image. It was probably the fastest I've ever framed up a picture, haha. I couldn't believe it actually turned out. I'm really glad I was able to get the beautiful mountains behind. It's probably my favourite part of the image, as well as that gorgeous sunset!
My dad and I think it's a good "goodbye" image, as the swans are leaving at the end of the day.
I hope y'all like it, and thanks for lookin'!
