This anemone moved back and forth as the water flowed over and around it.
I was reminded of shiny ribbons rolling, constantly changing color, as the light shined upon each ripple.

Neat look at this anemone, Lucy. It's a fascinating combination of real and abstract with some great colors and textures. That sense of abstract would have been enhanced strongly if you could have gotten the foreground sharp.

The tendrils (?) of the anemone are fascinating in this view, Lucy. They look like glass. I like the center detail. Like Mark, just wish for a bit more foreground sharpness.

Very interesting photo, almost abstract! It's a bit of a shame that the foreground is oof, but it's still a really nice photo. The look of the anemone is very special, especially the upper left part. The "arms" forms one interesting pattern, while the reflections form another one right on top of it. Really cool!

Hi Lucy Stunning detail and colors agree with the others about the oof foreground. i would have croped the foreground to achieve a stronger abstract

Hi Lucy,
There's some nice details captured in those tentacles. A little more depth of field for the bottom tentacles would be perfect. ...................Jim

Wonderfully unique image. I love the sense of movement you captured and some great textures. My only wish would be to have the fg in focus as well. Very nice work
