Heading North

I headed up North to see some early Spring raptor migration. It was nice to have the Lake Superior shoreline to myself without the hordes of birders. I saw quite a few golden eagles, but none approached close enough for a great shot. This first year bald eagle came in low and I was able to get a few shots in before it headed West up the coastline. K5 IIs, 300mm f4 (1/8000sec at f8.0, ISO 500, Levels, Shadows and Highlights, crop for composition....................Jim
