Last weekends trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan included a side trip to the upper falls at Tahquamenon State Park. I was intrigued by the far cliff face that appeared to have some rich color, texture, and monster icicles. K5 IIs, 300mmf4 (1/60sec at f11, ISO 160), TK's luminosity masks, Make it Glow, Brightness and Contrast, full frame..................Jim

Interesting and unusual. I like the color and texture in the rocks and their contrast with the greenery. The drapes of frozen water are just icing on a very nice cake.

The colors and textures in the cliff face provide a nice backdrop for the ice. I think this would have more impact without the birch? branches intervening. Nice tele shot.
