The underside of waterlily pads are a lovely red, and make a nice companion to the pristine white of the flower.

A lovely and well balanced composition. The whites are well under control and the color is good. I believe, if it were mine, I would make the fly go away.cool

Hey Monica,

This image has that WOW Factor and is very well presented. The lighting and reflections are sweet and the overall composition holds many interesting elements for the viewer. I like the addition of the Fly as it adds a point of balance to the air bubble escaping from under the submerged water lily pad.

Well done . . .  devil

Nicely composed Monica.  I like the complimentary colors.  A nicely handled photos.  I think  I would take away the fly.

This is a lovely photoo Monica!  The submerged red leaf contrasts beautifully with the bloom, and I like how you handled the light.  The perfect reflections on the glass-smooth water really adds to the image.  I agree with Nathan's suggestion about the fly.

Well done!

Great comp, colors, and lighting, Monica!  I love the reflections.  I would get rid of the fly.

What a marvelous image, Monica - the combination of reflections with transparencies is almost surreal!

Monica: Excellent comp and exposure. I really don't mind the fly and not sure I would have even noticed it if not mentioned by others. This is good photography. >=))>

A lovely, colorful look into this pond and it's plants.  Terrific work.  I support the fly, because it's naturally part of the scene, plus it adds an extra bit to the story told by this image.

I like the bold contrast of this with control of the whites to avoid over exposure.  The angle of the sun and your pov is ideal to keep the dark shadows behind the viewer...on a couple really show ...one nearby the fly....who seems be co-starring the headlines in comments.   I like the red vein-popping leaf under the water...just cool looking.

Interesting composition and like the red against the white.  But the image seems slightly over-busy.  Perhaps a close crop?
