A fine image, Bill, with great detail at the POF. Good directional flow and excellent color coordinating. I really like the backlit green and yellow leaves as background. My one wish would be for the front petal to be in focus. A good place for a simple blend.

I agree with Alberto. Daylilies are difficult to photograph, but this one shines in the backlighting, Bill. Well composed and taken in strong light.

Love this kind of strong lighting, Bill. with all the hints of depth. and the slightly subdued colouring in the flower. A beautiful portrayal of a very lovely flower.

Bill - That you will have a great crop of Daylilies is good news. I am sure we can look forward to some stunners this year.
I really like the light highlighting the throat and providing some nice graphic element from the leaves in the background.

I love the bloom and the light Bill. The lines are great too. I just wish that the strong vertical leaf was a bit softer on the left hand side of the bloom.
