Happy Sunday NPN,
This image is my other image that has been accepted for the Gallery showing. I posted a vertical version of this image a while back, but I like the feel of this version a bit more. This was the place where the DNR officer caught me after many years being in restricted areas with no issue. There have been a lot of people falling in these canyons lately and getting hurt. He was actually a very nice guy, and he let me spend some time capturing images before he wrote me a citation and asked me to leave.
Anyways, I absolutely loved this moment in time, and I am excited it was chosen to be shown at a galley. The print is looking fantastic, and please let me know if there is anything y'all think could help the image.
Thank you for any time y'all may have for me, and any thoughts that you may leave.

11 commentsRyan, This is really nice and it sure does capture that wonderful autumn feel. I like this one even better than the vert version you posted earlier. I would love seeing the gallery print and bet it looks great. Nothing quite like looking at a large print!

Beautifully composed and processed, Ryan - I love the overall tonality and that blaze of yellow from the distant trees closing off the image and reflecting in the pool of water.
Beautiful, nice compostion, balanced colors and this light in background is like a curtain in the backscene. As a large print, it must be gorgeous. I like it a lot.
Beautiful fall scene, Ryan. Great color throughout and very well composed. Good luck selling the prints.
This is aboslutely gorgeous Ryan!!! I would notchange a thing - hopefully many people will be willing to buy prints. And the officer sure sounds like a nice guy....
It's a beautiful scene, Ryan, that really invites me in to explore. You've got a fine "swoop" in the creek, a great reflection, top notch colors both in the greens and in the fallen leaves and that lovely yellow glow at the back
Very nice Ryan, love this autumn shot! Hope you'll sell enough prints of it to earn the ticket back.
I think I preferred the vertical just a bit more, but this is just a perfect fall scene and excellent SS for the small creek.
Very nice capture of this scene, Ryan. I like the complimentary golds and greens. The reflected light in the foreground pool is also very nice. I do wonder about placing the camera at a low angle near the pool to feature the reflected light more prominently in the image, but I also like the line formed by the small cascade.
Really beautiful image, Ryan. The intensity of the color has everything glowing.
Love the glow of this image, Ryan. Beautiful............kudos on the selection for the gallery. Hope it goes well and you make tons of dough.
