10 commentsA beautiful bird, well photographed. Nice pose and background.
Love these birds. You did it justice.
Like the colors, details and pose. Also how the greens frame the bird to a certain degree. Thanks for sharing.
It's always hard to believe that these birds really have these colors - amazing ; those colors are absent here in Europe. Would love to have been standing next to you .... Very nice Patrick ! Cheers, Hans
Simply a Wonderfull portrait you created of this handsome beauty Patrick. Love everything about it, great pose, great perch and super background.
Sweet One
Beautiful, Patrick. You did a great job on those blues, which are always difficult.
That perch looks suspiciously like Scotch Broom, one of my least favorite invasives up here.
What fantastic color! I've never seen one of these so I have to assume this is its actual color. The pose is classic, against a neutral background and whatever that foliage is. A winner!
First, I am envious. I still have never had one in the frame, but have hope to soon. Second, nice work all around. Good clean image, great detail and colors. Nice work Patrick.
Wow! This really pops Patrick. Beautiful bird. I did not know we had them here in Southern California.
Superb image ! Outstanding in all aspects !!
