Great use of the high-key BG, Gigi. I really like the airy, translucent feel to this bloom. I like it a lot!

Gigi - As good as it gets - the well lit background brings out the little transluscence and texture in the petals nicely. The angle of the petals give an impression of the flower being wind swept.
Pretty Cool

Mighty fine high key, Gigi. Of all your fine work I have seen, I would put this at or near the top!
Be careful—you are getting very near that beautiful picture you will never take!

A most beautiful high key, graphic effect, Gigi ! The swirl of the delicately coloured petals animates the whole frame.

You certainly find some fine floral subjects, Gigi, and then you make the most of them. Gorgeous.

I would have guessed this would require stacking a dozen photos, esp with the 200mm and that sweet b/g bokeh. A classic Gigi with signature composition and excellent color mix and tones. Print big and hang. Enuf said.
