These flowers bloom once a year, and for a lot of landscape photographers, are a must shoot comp. The typical shoot of this scene is to catch sunset light with these flowers in the foreground. However, I wanted to try a different idea, and waited to shoot these flowers under the stars. On the day I went to shoot these flowers, the sky was clear with absolutely no clouds which made it ideal to catch some twilight light, and the first stars in the sky. This is a blend of 4 shots (3 focus stack + 1 for night sky). It was a challenge to shoot with the wind blowing at regular intervals. The second challenge was to blend these images together with the varying light. I had shot the focus stack set just after sunset, and then shot another frame one hour after to get the night sky.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

I like your composition and the overal light and tone in the image. I think that the foreground could use a bit more clarity and maybe slightly higher exposure, but overall, it's an extremely good image as presented.
Thanks guys! Basil, yes, I see that it may be a bit too dark. I will brighten it up a bit before posting :)
Amazing image but has to be viewed large to really appreciate it. Deserving of a lot more attention imo.
Sairam, I know I made a comment on this awhile back but see that it isn't here? Probably forgot to click the Add Comment when finished. Anyways, Congrats on a beautiful and deserving Weekly Pick. This image is wonderful and needs to be viewed large to truely appreciate.
