Welcome to the Nature Photographers Network Sergey!
Your first post on NPN is a wonderful example of how beautiful the soft light of a cloudy day can be on the landscape. Your composition -- with the snow in the foreground and the clouds between the mid-ground hills and distant mountains -- displays great depth, which can be illusive in light like this. I really like the feeling of peeking between the cloud layers to see the peak in the distance. It provides something of a mysterious feel to the image. Speaking of mystery, I am wondering what it is that makes those nice red accents.
Looking forward to seeing more images from you, as well as reading your comments on the other images in this forum!

Thank you Wayne! Those "red accents" are scorias. Whole this area are remains of a super volcano that exploded recently (geologically).
Pardon my english.

Stunning soft and charismatic landscape Sergey. I was a former judge for the Russian Landscape Photographer of the Year and there were a few of Kamchatka which I undersatnd has little in the way of infrastructure to allow you to easily get too and in the images that I saw during the competition I too was intrigued by the powerful presence of this red Sconia in the Kamchatkan landscapes and their juxtaposition of hue with the velvet greens. Welcome to NPN.

Very beautiful. Lovely contrasts in the greens. I really like the mountain or volcano in the back peeking through the clouds. Fantastic work.

I see this is your first post. Welcome to NPN, Sergey!
This has drama and a sense of peace and quiet that I like. The layers of color and texture work very well, here.
I encourage you to also comment on the work of other members.
We're looking foward to seeing more of your work.
