I found this bee that wouldn't leave this cinnabar caterpillar alone so I had to move it along, after a couple of snaps of course.

And why would you interfere in a natural process.... enlightened  The similarity of colors between the bee and the cat. is amazing, Graham.  This is an excellent view, with good sharpness on both critters as well as the flower.  The comp. is also top notch.

Love this image!  The interaction of bee and caterpillar with both in sharp focus works so well with their complementary colors.  A unusual S-curve also adds interest.  Technically perfect and artistically pleasing.

Wonderful capture, Graham. Remarkable how the bee and CP are so similarly colored. Great job getting both in focus and looking at each other against the nice bg. devil

Absolutely wonderful interaction. I just love it when a photo tells a story, which this one definitely does. I know I'm being a bit of a grinch, but other than some sharpening halo on the bee's left antenna and proboscis, the detail and comp are excellent.devil

This is bright, sharp, with great colors and the dof is just right. Great detail also.
