I found lots of cooperative bluebirds along the Firehole River early one morning in Yellowstone. Really beautiful little guys.

Processed using Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC 2014. Comments and critiques welcome.

Sweet image, Jerry. I love the composition and the lighting is wonderful. I might do something about the bright little stub on the bottom of the perch as it's rather distracting.

Jerry: I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a finer image of a Mountain Bluebird. The perch, pose and background all come together beautifully. This one deserves to printed large and hung. Congrats!!! Richard

I like this image a lot. Great perch, bg and the soft blues in the bird are just beautiful. Little nub has to go. (I didn't even notice it until I read about it). Sweet shot! devil
