Donna and I became first-time grandparents on Friday, Oct. 2 with the birth of Emma Jay. The daughter of our son Eric and daughter in-law Jamie, I captured this momment of eye contact between grandma Donna and Emma at the hospital on Long Island on 10/3. Emma and Jamie are both doing fine and are going home today.

There will probably be more photos of Emma going forward. cool

Emma has to be a wonderful child, born on Long Island is the perfect start....... enlightened ........my start was at the hospital at Huntington Station on the island.

With out a doubt one of the most special moments of life is becoming a grandparent. Congratulations to you and your family. I'm sure you will enjoy every moment but be careful as they grow oh so fast. devil
