I don't recall whether this is the same bird as the last post or not, though it was just a bit earlier in the morning. This was just a little glide to change position on the beach.
7Dii, 500mm f4 ISL + 1.4TC, hand held, f/7.1, 1/4000, iso 640, manual exposure, pattern metering. Processed in LR5 & CS6. I added a touch of canvas on the right again. Cropped to 13.1MP. Taken at 8:39 am on June 11th.
I appreciate your comments on the last Herrign Gull post and look forward to your input on this image.
Thanks,

6 commentsWell, from the vantage point I would say it's a different one, otherwise you must have run quite fast to get this angle.. Great shot as always Dennis ! Cheers, Hans
Good shot! Nothing here to complain about.
Nice wing position and good techs all around Dennis. Nice work!
Nice wing position and good detail. I love the background and your choice of composition as well.
Love it Dennis, your low POV and sharp stop action detail makes this one great.
Excellent work, would not change a thing
Very nice wing position as he glides along the beach, lovely gull image Dennis. Ray
