Floating Aspen Leaves

This is my nod to the Impressionist painters. sad

I created a layer to clone out the moss in the bright area on the left, but ended up deleting it. I think it is more abstract with it there. I am not sure if the abstract style will appeal to people, but I like it a lot.

Comments, suggestions and crtiiques are always welcome and appreciated.

Sweet! I love the abstract, impressionist look of this. You might consider burning down the bright tree trunks and grass reflections at the top. Otherwise I really like the composition, the color and the floating leaves.
Nicely done, an well seen, sir! devil

I love the impressionists, and I love impressionist photos. This is a wonderful example of that style. The moss and leaves on the surface add an interesting dimension and texture. Nicely done.

It's an excellent nod, Harley.  The colors and gentle softness of the reflections are great and the floating leaves add a fine twist.  Well seen.
