Came across a small flock of turkeys walking on the highway!  There was not much traffic, but it certainly was not a safe place for them.  Pulled off the road, and approached the turkeys on one side of the road which caused them to get off the road and disappeared in the brush.  A couple drivers did slow down as they went by, but one actualy sped up as he approached the birds.  No birds wre harmed at this time.

That's always a problem with people and wildlife, John.  Sorry to hear aboutthe idiot who sped up.  The inclusion of the centerline makes this a much more telling image than if it hadn't been there.
