Peak Reflection

A little tarn up in Desolation Wilderness with a 8,000 foot peaklet behind it. I liked that it takes a bit to figure it out and the pair of trees on the top edge along with the log in the LLC.

I've got a gajillion of these... they don't call it the Range of Light for nothing ;-)

This is a well conceived reflection shot, Dave.  The perfection of the reflection is great and creates a fine visual paradox, especially as that log under the water disappears into the stones.  I do think that dodging the stone reflections along the top to create stronger contrast with the sunlit peak would add some more drama to this.

Fun, Dave.  It is neat to have to think about it for a bit.
