From a year ago, a quick, but steep climb to this sub-alpine meadow for a superb sunset/sunrise with the wild turkeys and Wheeler Peak behind us.

Looks like a  great, peaceful location, Dave.  The subtle colors in both the foreground and the sky contribute well to the sense of restful quiet.

The large view really brings out the detail of the grasses and small flowers in this meadow, Dave. Looks like a nice place to take a morning hike. I gotta spend some more time around Great Basin NP.  Nice tranquil image.

Dave, This is very nice. The kind of scene that just makes one wish they were there.

My only small nit would be that the lighter part of the grasses is a bit too light for me. Otherwise you succeeded very well in capturing the feeling of that twilight!

True eye candy.  Really puts the viewer into the scene.  Well done.
