Cutie Cub

Hi everyone! Here's a photo I took a while back in Waterton. While momma bear was off grazing, this little guy started climbing a nearby tree. I really like the way this one turned out given the fact there was so much stuff I had to shoot through! It's cropped to about 90% of the original image. I had to hand hold the system while shooting out the truck window.

Thanks for looking!

Good job getting this one Jenaya.  I like the golden brown hairs on the muzzle.  The crop looks good for a cub portrait..................Jim

Jenaya: very interesting perspective and a good example of less is more. Your photo is definitely high on the cute factor as well as being high on the good factor. Richard

I love this, Jenaya. It has an explorative "what's around the next corner" feel about it so I think you captured wonderful emotion. I like the crop. I think it compliments the bear's point of view.

Your patience was rewarded.  I like the side view pose, with just enough eye showing for reflection.
