I was lucky enough to catch these three Ring-necked ducks pretty much in the same plane. Processed using Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC 2014. Comments and critiques welcome.

Cool, Jerry. I like your crop and the reflections in the water are nice. I also like the way the ducks lined up. I would be tempted to brighten the shaded eye on the center duck a bit.

Jerry,

I like the relatively low angle of photography, the light conditions and nice color reflections on the water. Technically it looks to me also fine. A pitty that the middle duck did not make you the favour to look a bit more to the side...
