Somebody had to do it ... again!  It might as well be me.  sad  By the way, the first photograph was taken on 10/25/2009, and this photograph was taken on 11/03/2010.  I have not been back there since.  I hope to be able to make it back there again someday.

Canon 5D II
Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L II
16mm, f/13, 25 seconds, ISO 50, polarizer (and perhaps a neutral density filter, judging by the shutter speed, although I don't remember)

Jim, given two fine views of the Subway, you're asking for a vote on favorites.  I'm going to waffle firmly...sad.  I like them both a lot.  They're very different views creating very different feelings.  In your previous post, I really liked the "headlight around the corner" emphasis.  In this one while there's still a touch of that headlight sense, the emphasis is on the beautiful green pool and the fallen leaves.  The foreground is nicely balanced here with the triangle of trickling water, wet fall leaves, and lovely green pool, with the lighting around the bend adding some nice pop and a good sense of distance.  If you wanted to focus even more on the three foreground elements, you could crop from the top keeping about half of the tunnel, which is a distinctly different view.

Could you post a Subway III?  I really like both I and II and cannot decide if I like one better than the other. Both are quite spectacular.

Sweet, Jim.  I think I prefer this one with all the leading curves.
