I am discosing where this was taken as the Rhinos are well protected there and their presence is hardly unlikely to be known by poachers!
Taken in Lewa conservancy, Kenya
Just out of interest estimated Black Rhino population has increased from 2,410 in 1995 to 5,080 in 2011.

Ken,

I am enjoying your images from Africa very much and this is one more. I like the frontal aproach to this image since it gives a feeling about the power of these animals. Funny is also the poses of their ears, practically mirrored altough I had wished both would show the alert pose, meaning both ears facing to the front. Technically another very good image, good sharpness and exposure.

Ken: two very good looking specimens. Is the larger on the left a male? Richard

Very cool image Ken. I don't ever recall seeing two rhinos in the same image. Nice techs on this as well.
