Canine Wet Willy

The wet Willy is a premier prank done by kids and dogs as well.  Havoc managed to stick his snout into poor Robbie's ear and began to sniff and snort. Robbie took off after Havoc and wrestling ensued.  This one was the cutest in the series. Enjoy! K5 IIs 180mm f3.5 (1/80 sec at f8.0, ISO 500)...........................Jim

Love the expression on the big guys face Jim.  Looks like Havoc is telling Robbie a secret.  Excellent furry detail.

Aww! We know all about wet willies from Newfs, even if this one is on the receiving end here. Cute "dog family" candid here.

As an aside, looks like you can relate to one of my struggles when photographing these big, black/dark-coated breeds when it's snowing...the falling snowflakes stand out in sharp relief against the dogs but comparatively disappear on the background. Drives me nuts. I've started to choose very specific settings for dark dogs when it's snowing as a result, because I love the look of the snowflakes!

Jim, at this point, it looks like Robbie is enjoying the attention.  I imaging that the nuzzle then turned into the snort and tusselling ensued...just like kids.  The details and the comp. look great.
