One more from my last trip with the family.
These guys were just besides the road. I just had to stop the car and do some shots...

Nice composition.  How fortunate to get these two posing nicely on the post.  Well done.

Nice shot, Jefferson! I like the symmetry in their poses. Very well composed.

Cheers,

Wonderful to get the pair of them like this, Jefferson.  Both of them are in nice focus and you got good eye contact with them both.  Very well done.

I can understand why you had to stop the car!  I would too!  Nicely exposed, good pose and the BG works well to set the two birds off.  Like the post they are on.  Thanks for sharing.

An unusal situation with both of them having the same pose on the same perch.  Congratulations!

Gorgeous composition, light and background to show us this moving sight of the two birds in synch.  Wonderful that you noticed it from the car and were able to capture it.  The flickers where I live seem to be nothing more that rapidly moving blurs.

Great shot Jefferson, I have often seen 2 or 3 campo flickers on the same perch but never gotten an image this good it.  Great poses and lighting.devil

Very well framed on this pair, Jefferson.  Getting close images of birds work well with your setup.  Getting out of the vehicle in such a situation would likely spook the birds.  Reminds me that I should take my beanbag along.
