Sony A77
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 1/20 @ f22

Our osteospermum are taking hold well in our garden and I thought this one was a worthy subject in light filtering through one of our blooming redbud trees. Added some negative Dehaze and a light vignette in processing. All comments welcome.>=))>

A very worthy subject, Bill!  Excellent color and great details.  I love this variety of osteospermum.  For me, I think the vignette might be a tad strong, but it is a great photo.

Extraordinary, Bill. The processing works for me as it really highlights the dazzling center. devil

Every detail is tack sharp and your composition is well placed.   A beauty in color and textures.  Great capture.

Wow, this one really pops.  Beautiful colors and aptly named, looks like the middle is filled with sapphires.

A vibrant, sparkling image, Bill !!  The clarity of the centre is superb and the composition spot on.  Like Nathan, I might go for a slightly less pronounced vignette, but that is very subjective.

Gorgeous, Bill! The color and symmetry are outstanding. The vignette bothers me not at all. Every line leads to the center of the flower; I just "eye slid" right into home plate. Outta the park!devil

Gorgeous image - love the detail.  What I enjoy most about this image is how the center is so vibrant and detailed and exciting and it simply fades to white as your eye moves away from the center.  Brilliant
