Very nice, Richard. The eyes have it here. One suggestion: You might consider dialing down the saturation in out of focus background. I find the bright colors midly distracting. I love the expression on the person's face.

Very nice facial expression and color.  I agree the sat on the oof portion is a little high but I really like the way it mirrors the person.
