Capturing three legs in motion is pretty neat.  I was thinking you might crop the other one out to isolate the baby more, but you'd still have the reflection.  Great capture!

Pete,
Thanks for your comment it inspired me to find out whether Elephants ever have 4 feet off the ground, apparently this never occurs.

The young one appears to be quite playful.
Would love to see the frame, after it cleared the reflection of the back elephant.

I am agreeing with Jagdeep that this would be stronger with the baby a little more to the right in the frame.

Nice action catch on the little one, Ken.  Having the big elephant somewhat soft lets it add context without grabbing attention.  The reflections on the right provide some good balance.  Any chance the little one was chasing the birds?

Love the action and the light on this little guy Ken.  If you have a bit more room on the top I would include it.  I don't mind the other elephant so much but I don't like that she's very close to the edge of the frame, I wish she had a bit more room.  If you don't I would crop it to a pano and remove the back ele.  devil

Thanks everybody for the comments and suggestions. Cropping was a difficult decision, there were originally two Elephants at the left, I thought about removing both but decided not to.
Mark,
You have jogged my memory, it was chasing the doves.devil
