Dynamic shot!  So much to take in in this view,  Considering the sky and the associated lighting, the scene looks a little flat and lacking contrast.  Maybe brightening the image a little and some localized contrast adjustment would make it pop a little bit more.  Nice to see a fresh scene for me the west!devil  After looking at the image some more, I think the image may benefit from a slight adjustment in color balance.  The lower half looks a little greenish, the sky looks very good.

Awesome waterfall image.  One can really sense the power and the roar of these falls that you must have experienced.  Fantastic.

Daniel,

Fantastic!  Powerful indeed - just a great setup with the cascading tiers.  The composition is very strong top to bottom, side to side.

Hard to be critical with anything here.  I'm not sure if this is really worth noting and something that is probably just me, but I feel the ULC is slightly darker and my eye is drawn there.  Also, it contains the biggest chunk of real estate that's not part of the cascades. Most times we're wishing for a slight vignette, but here I'm wondering if a very slight dodge to brighten that corner ever so slightly might make this even better.

A very dynamic and excellent image.

Beautiful composition of a much overlooked waterfall. I drove within a half hour of it once and didn't take the turnoff. What a beautiful place! I have mixed feelings about the greenish hue...it feels natural to me (water over mossy rock under gray sky), so I wouldn't be inclined to change it.  I'm also torn between Lon's suggestion fort the ULC and perhaps a hair of a crop there instead.  Regardless, an inspiring capture.

I would take the green caste out of the water, otherwise this straightforward comp shows off this falls very well..

Yes, this is magnificent in the array of falls and wonderful sky.  I agree with the last comment to tease out the green from the water...though it is mostly natural-looking in my opinion...but the problem is the contrast with pure white in the first falls that is so-very white and pure.  Like two different shots with scant color in the top ptn looking like a b/w except for the turquoise band of water.

Great composition and shutter speed!

Dang, this is excellent! It has a very strong fairy tale feeling to it for me. I especially like the trees towering above the waterfall, they are something special to me. The greenish tint in the water is maybe something to work on, but it really si a very minor nit for me.

Powerful and dynamic image, such an amazing view coming fully right from the top to the bottom, face on. Love the mood, the wonderful moss and cliffs, the little trees at the top. Bravo!

Very nice image of this dynamic waterfall. I think you got the shutter speed right. You had some very interesting weather for your shoot.  The clouds and lighting have created a very moody image. I think the light green area at the top of the falls on the left is a little too saturated. The other greens seem okay. Was this late fall before the snows? The image looks really nice enlarged and detailed.

The composition is excellent, and I love all the detail. At least to me, there is a disconnect between the foreground gorge and the background falls and the sky. The tonal difference is what I am seeing--greens and yellows in the gorge, and predominately grey in the background. It could be due to the sky contrast that Harry mentioned. I also agree the greens could be de-saturated a bit.

I love the power, and the dramatic mood, Daniel.

Fantastic image. Great comp with lots of drama. If it were mine i would boost the mid-tone contrasts as the shadows look a bit flat.

Truly amazing and very dramatic scene Daniel.  I agree with Harry's assessment on the contrast and removing the slight color cast.

This is neat.  I like how the stream goes from a wide falls in the BG to a narrow one and then back.  Mimics the rocks nicely  Well seen.

I know exactly where you took this. I was there in July of last year and it looked nothing like this. Dry cliffs and much less water. This is absolutely wonderful. This place is really powerful. Nice work Daniel.

Indeed a very nice image. I would really like to see this as a black&white. The tones in a B&W would be outstanding.
