Inverness Beach on Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, with the tides flowing over the colorful pebbles.
The largest of these pebbles are the size of a nickle.

I love the water motion and the abstract qualities it lends to the image Sandy.  Was this taken on Inverness Beach?  Hope all is well.

Eva - yes, it sure was! I knew you'd recognize it! I'll add the exact location to my image, thanks.
Your post of cobble beach reminded me of this shot from our trip in 2010.

Sandy, a fine collection of colored pebbles (cobbles) set off grandly by the flowing (mostly) water.  The color really pop in the larger view.

Very cool, Sandy.  I like the blurred effect on the running water, it really shows the flow well.
