Mini Mossy Waterfall

A tiny little waterfall flowing through the mossy alpine tundra of Thompson Pass, Alaska.  This moss is so bright it almost looks like it emits it's own light. You can see patches of it glowing brightly from a quarter mile away, even on an overcast day. <div> </div> <div>Sony ILCE-6000 w/SEL-1670z @ 34mm, ISO-100, f8.0, 1/50, hand held.</div>

Beautiful, Gary.  The stream makes a lovely line through the image and the moss really glows.  What's the wildflower?

A beautiful little ecosystem, Gary. If anything I would expect the moss to be even brighter!

Gary, a lovely collection of greens set of specially by the bright green of the moss around the stream leading into the distance.  The scattered purple flowers are a great addition.

Nice vertical path of vibrant green and water.  Looks like you were just a few days from an explosion of the color purple.
