Mormon Row outside of Jackson, Wyoming.
In the BG, of course, are the amazing Tetons - if clouds don't move in, as they did here!
I remembered this image and spent an hour trying to dig it up  from 2007 - hope you all enjoy it.

A classic scene for sure, Sandy. The snow compliments the rustic buildings beautifully and the clouds leave enough of the Tetons visible to show off their ruggedness. My only suggestion would be to get rid of some of the noise in the sky unless that was your intent.

Hey Sandy,
Simply a lovely composition of a beautiful scene, great colors and perfect placement of all the elements. My only suggestion would be to clone out all the tracks in the snow in front of the barn to give the look of virgin snow and this would improve an already nice image IMO.
Well Done . . .  devil

Nice one, Sandy.  I like the combination of the snow and fog which really makes the structures pop.

The barn stands out very nicely here against the cloudy backdrop and the snow covered foreground.

The clarity of the barn against the obscuring clouds makes for a nice contrast to put focus on the barn.

I think the clouds do make a difference, Sandy - with their spread across the sky and the fg snow spread over the fg the buildings show up crisply in mid-frame.  The tracks in the snow provide nice incident too.
