A seemingly amazingly well organized rookery, Sandy.  Much more photogenic than the one I visited in March.  I like the arrangement of the storks and the inclusion of the other species adds to the image for me.  I'm curious if you know if there was a recent heavy rain?  The foliage looks remarkably clean for a rookery.

Dennis, yes, for the entire 3  1/2 weeks i was there,  there was a monsoon-like thunderstorm almost every day. These pics were during that time. Thanks to that first gazebo by the bird  island, i got some nice pouring-rain pics of the birds while staying dry myself. I will be posting some of those this week.
Yes, the leaves are pretty junky most of the time, with all the bird poop. Would have taken a lot of cloning, if the leaves were still full !.

Wow, a real smorgasbord.  I like the placement of the storks and the two egrets at the top. Nicely composed.

Nice job in bringing order to the normal chaos of a rookery.

Quite a collection of birds you got, Sandy. The flying egret adds a lot to the image. I like the way you composed it.

This is fantastic Sandy. Love the storks and the sky, but you just can't beat the incoming egret.

Fine group.  I especially like the two little guys perched in the background and the one coming in for a landing as if pausing in flight, not quite sure there'll be any more room.
