These forest photos are so difficult to do as anyone who has attempted them can attest.
You really nailed this one, a lot of forest interest, no distracting elements and a fine sunburst. Kudos...

Nicely done, Ronald.  Totally opposite of what I normally shoot, and I can appreciate the difficulty in pulling this off.  I might back off on the blue/cyans in the ferns and sun rays a bit.

The larger view is hugely improved as the darker parts in the forest open up very nicely, creating a strong sense of being there, looking.  The sunburst and flare add extra interest and you've handled them very well.

The dappled light on the forest floor and midground tree really make this work for me. Well done.

Well seen and captured. You created a fine composition of the chaos of the forest. Nice sunburst.

Nice work on this, Ronald. I think your composition works really well and you captured some wonderful light. The sunburst is pretty cool looking and adds very nice interest to the image. I do agree with Gary that backing off the blue/cyan in the ferns just a little would probably look good. Nice work!
