I have visited Ruaha National Park in Tanzania 7 times, every time looking to find a Lesser Kudo that does not run way.
I may have found some this time, this is a Male looking very proud!
Unfortunately in low light pre-dawn

Way to go Ken, in getting a skittish animal to offer a bit of pose.  They are a beautiful species.

Very nice shot of a species I've yet to see, Ken.

Ken: well done. The pose with the kudu framed by the greenery and the uniformly soft light worked to your advantage. Richard

WOW!  That is one handsome fellow.  It almost looks like a cross between a Nyala and the more common Greater Kudu with those bold, beautiful colors.  Nicely done in spite of the low light.

Joseph,
It certainly reminds me of a Nyala!
