I find this lake in southwest Colorado to be a favorite with the green on the cliff face, blue lake water, and lakeside wildflowers. Finally, after a few nights spent each trip the last few years, a colorful sunrise appeared. This is a hand blend of 3 images for dof, and one for exposure of the sky.

Your perseverance paid off handsomely. Doug. This has a rich crispness from the FG flowers to the BG peaks; all topped off with the drama laden sky. Beautiful work.

Perfect, from fore to back. It may not be, but the far shore makes the photo look just a bit tilted.
