Juvenile Goldfinch III

This one was taken this morning.  I ran across a notice that Sigma had come out with a firmware upgrade for the 150-600 Contemporary to improve the speed of the Autofocus.  I upgraded a couple of days ago and this morning was the first time I had a chance to try it.  From a limited, unscientific, sample it does seem faster and perhaps surer.  Picking Goldfinches out of the garden, it locked on quite nicely and we had relatively dim flat light this morning.

7DII, Sigma 150-600 C @ 600mm, hand held, f/8, 1/320, iso 1250, aperture priority, pattern metering, -1/3 EV.  Processed in LR5 & CS6.  Cropped to a 6.6 MP 4x5 vertical from a horizontal original.  Taken at 8:59 AM under heavily overcast skies.

Comments and criticisms are always welcome.

Thanks,
