Got to see this in the wild this year. Found this under a tree. A pretty straight forward image ...BG is the tree trunk..

Beautifully captured, Balan! I love the colors and the sharp detail of this aptly named lily. Although it is hardly noticeable, you might consider removing the faint spider's web seen on the right side of the photo.

Also known as Gloriosa lily (Gloriosa superba), one of my favorite flowers. Because of all the tricky curves, does not do well as a focus stack. It is done quite well as a single image, as here. This stands out well against the dark BG. I am good with the spider web; they are on almost every flower in any flower garden, and shouldn't be considered even a minor distraction.

A beautiful portrait of the Gloriosa Superba in name and in fact. We don't have any chance of finding it in the wild. Colors are a pleasure for my eyes.

Nice subject against a great bg. The little spider webs are a little bonus. I say keep em.

Nice job capturing this lily. I've only seen them at botanical gardens and find them very difficult to photograph. Well done.

Delicate and nice, Balan. I like the look of the leaves. I think I would lose the spiderwebs - but that is minor.

Wow! Balan, this really pops. Love the light and the centered composition. I might consider cloning out the bits of webbing on the lower right side. Very interesting flower and nice shot of it.
