Getting a shot like this is never easy at the best of times, but somehow, this particular subject loved being photographed. Keeping a health distance with a good comfort zone, (perhaps around 40-50m) allowed him to come to us with no pressure, he was certainly well relaxed. With the advancements in the 1DX MKII and the 2x, provides the flexibility of utilizing all of the various FP's, oh what joy. Thought the MKi was awesome, but this is a real 'game changer' in all respects, just love shooting with these bodies.

Great bathing pose, Steve.  It is nice to be able to use the 2X for situations like this.  Excellent detail.

A lot of action captured here Steve. It looks like it needs just a touch of clockwise rotation though to level it out. Well done!
