This Male Cheetah ( Africa's 2nd most endangered predator) had with his brother just brought down a young Gnu, and as can be seen by his full belly ate a lot of it.
This resulted in him being very thirsty so here he is drinking from some nearby standing water in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe.

With a belly like that, how can he walk, let alone run?  sad  The capture action looks good to me.  The compositional shape is problematic and makes me wonder if trimming so top away to a pano presentation would look best?

Lon,
Tkanks very much
Cheetahs do tend to over eat, we once viewed a female unable to stand after feasting on a adult male Impalla

Looks like he is going to slosh when he walks away from the watering hole. Nice shot of the full belly and the lapping tongue.
