Spanish Moss at Sunset

Please view LARGE version.

Thanks all for your comments on my previous image!

This image is also from the Withlacoochee River (south).  The sun was setting and the light was beautiful.  I loved the way the Spanish Moss was almost glowing in the last rays of day.

Comments and Critiques are always welcomed and very much appreciated.

This is a really image, Bill, and considerably stronger than the previous one. The light is gentler, the colors more natural, and the composition is stronger. As with other image, I really like the leaves on the water and they stand out better against this darker water.  My only small suggestion would be to burn in a tad the light moss hanging on the left so that it's not stronger than the right. My thinking is that the center of focus in this image is the tree and moss on the right and the moss on the left is drawing you away from it. Just a thought.

This works for me, Bill. It is a a nice complementary image to your earlier post. I do agree with Igor about a little burning of the moss on the left. I really enjoy the peaceful light, here.

Beautiful image, Bill. The lit moss sets this apart and gives this image an enchanted feel. Like Igor, I like this image more than the previous one.

Bill, this is a perfectly balanced composition to me with a lot of most interesting details. The bright mosses at the left draw my attention first and then I start exploring the whole image until the dark trunks at the right make for a pleasant rest. Great work in my opinion.
