The Wrestler

While in Delhi, I arranged to visit a gym where pro wrestlers train. There was no wrestling that day and their time was spent with calisthenics and free weights.
These men wrestle for their state and hope to move up to the national team and ultimately to the Olympic team. All of the men had full time jobs but were given time to train by their employers. The relaxed pose of this man, the background and the bits of color appealed to me. Taken with an Olympus E-M1 and 12-40 lens at 1/200, f/4.5 and ISO 400. Richard

Richard, I especially like the slightly angled position of the wrestler and the casually strewn articles of clothing that add color to the scene.  Your description of his wrestling aspirations add to the appeal of the image.  Very nice!
