Jerry this is really nice. I really like the detailed feathers on the shoulder. You did a great job controlling the whites in what appears to be somewhat bright conditions. Nice colors in the duck and good dark BG that it is set against.

Lovely detail in the body, Jerry. I'm a bit puzzled as to why the near wing seems soft, even near the body. It looks like you had enough shutter speed and f/8 should have given adequate dof.
