Winter storm waves crashing along the shoreline at Shore Acres State Park, near Coos Bay, Oregon. Rain and intermittent high winds set the mood for this black and white image.

This is nice B&W, Paula. The range of tones is excellent. The foreground rock looks a little soft, so you might be able to selectively sharpen it just a bit. The light and the wave action is very dramatic.

Paula, You sure did captured the mood of this winter storm and I can feel the cold, wind and all the mist in the air. The waves look great and I like the b&w processing and tones.

This really captures the stormy feel of the locale. The B&W choice works well and is nicely done. Nice work.

This image really packs a punch, Paula. I like the dynamic energy. I also like it with the sky completely cropped and the rocks on the far left cropped to maintain appx the same ratio. Just puts even more emphasis on the stormy waves.

Paula,

Excellent b&w coastal seascape.  The composition is excellent, all the elements well balanced.  The pounding surf is clearly a dramatic focal point - I'm wondering if somehow that can be enhanced?  I think as presented the contrast and tonal range is accurate, but I'm wondering if some localized contrast and exposure level adjustments might accentuate the surf a little more? Ok, we're talking tweaking here, but I think you could really bump this up a notch with some processing.  Regardless, this is still a fine b&w seascape image.

This image has a lot of energy.  I like the way that this conveys the power and fury of the stormy sea.  Your B&W processing looks good with a wide range of tones.  Nice work!
