"Oyster Catchers and Friends"  I hate the character restrictions on the title block :-(

A pair of Black Oyster Catchers beach combing with a bunch of Gulls.   Large is best.

Sony a6300, FE 70-200 F4 G @ 200mm, ISO-100, f/8.0, 1/1000, hand held.

I love seeing the two black birds among all that white and gray.  You have great detail on the birds.  This is another image that reminds me of Alaska, too, with the beach being rocks, but mostly rounded rocks, instead of sand (at least the one that we went to and this one in your image).

This is so coastal Alaska! I like the dark Oyster Catchers and accompanying cast, the low angle and the Alaska Winter "day".

The color really shows up on the Oystercatchers.  This is such a good, realistic image.  I like the almost silver effect of the water and rocks.
Yeah, I know what you mean about the limit on the characters; I have completely changed my titles many times.

Beautiful, Gary.  I like the whole scene/  I think that you could pull a touch more detail out of the Oystercatchers by lightening the shadows.  But just a touch. Very nice. devil

Nice job on the oystercatchers, Gary.  I like the low angle, but do wish there wasn't quite so much oof foreground.
