I love bougainvillea, and am sad that we cannot grow them here on the Oregon coast. We had some lovely bushes in California.
In Hawaii, there are places where the huge, old bushes have grown together and intermingled, as here.

What a vibrant image. ! Love the depth of field with just the right bits in focus. Very pleasant indeed

Wonderful composition, Sandy! I like everything here—where you placed the focus, the vibrant colors, etc. The only thing that would make it better would be if it were mine! One of your very best! devil

Great focus and detail right where it needs to be. I do find the background on the left drawing my eye away from the main subject. But maybe that is a good thing to draw the eye into the image.

Sandy: Love the color palette here! I do feel the BG competes a bit and wonder about a viewing angle turned a bit more to the right for a touch more flower and a bit less BG. Still a fine effort and a delight to view.>=))>
