A nice pose and head turn, Nishand.  The brightness could come up on this quite a bit as it looks pretty dark and your focus still seems to be a bit off.  Also, f/6.3 is a pretty wide aperture with correspondingly small depth of field for a bird this large even at a fairly large distance.
